# LaoZhang API

> LaoZhang API (老张API) is an AI API gateway operated since 2025 by YingTu Technology Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. One API key reaches Google Nano Banana, OpenAI GPT Image, and xAI Grok Imagine image models, plus text, video, and audio models from other providers, through OpenAI-compatible and Gemini-native endpoints.

Every model comes from the vendor's official channel; LaoZhang API does not train or substitute models. Official-forward routes bill at the vendor's token rates, and per-call routes bill a fixed price per image or per call that is usually lower. LaoZhang API is not the official operator of the third-party models it routes to and does not provide a public-facing consumer AI product.

Billing is prepaid and pay-as-you-go. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and businesses can pay by bank transfer through support. Each request is recorded in the console call log with its model, usage, and charge.

By default, LaoZhang API does not store, view, analyze, cache, sell, or use API prompt or response content for model training or user profiling. It retains necessary account, billing, security, and service metadata for operation, billing, troubleshooting, rate limiting, and abuse prevention. API content is transmitted to the selected upstream model and infrastructure providers, which may apply their own logging, retention, abuse-monitoring, and data-processing terms.

Default API host: https://api.laozhang.ai (OpenAI SDK base URL https://api.laozhang.ai/v1). Servers in Europe or North America can use https://api-vip.laozhang.ai; https://api2.laozhang.ai is the backup host when the default host can't be reached.
